Last year we secured a new maintenance contract with a highly reputable supermarket company who have numerous sites within the Midlands and a mixed portfolio of goods lifts, escalators, conveyors and passenger lifts. We are proud to provide a quick response time for breakdowns which is essential for these lifts ensuring both shoppers and goods can be transported.

Our engineers completed a full risk assessment for every lift when we took over the contract and we were able to find several potential issues. This customer has since invested in their portfolio by completing repair works and has seen a dramatic reduction in the number of callouts which ultimately allows their business to operate more efficiently. It has also helped ensure that each lift is compliant with the latest health and safety legislations.

We spend more time on site ensuring that we find the root cause of the problem, which in turn helps reduce downtime of lifts and saves our customers money.

We secured a maintenance contract with a large clothing retailer, taking on a large portfolio of older lifts that had several problems and issues across multiple sites. We took a positive approach to the portfolio and have assisted greatly in keeping older equipment running.

Within the first 6 months of taking on the portfolio, we attended and completed 120 call outs. The following 6 months showed a drastic drop of callouts reported, with only 29 being attended and completed.

This is a testament to the traditional lift maintenance we carry out, first time fixes to establish issues with one attendance and our network of engineers who are experienced with all different types of lifts.
