If your lift is over 15 years old then we recommend a lift refurbishment. A lift refurbishment is a great and quick solution to make your lift more reliable and more efficient. Within 4 weeks you could have a new lift control system installed.
If the autodialler on your lift isn’t working you need to get it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. The autodialler is connected to a 24/7 call service by your lift provider and will help you in the need of an emergency.

Nationwide Lift Services do lift work for companies of all sizes, we have some excellent customers on our portfolio. A lot of these companies use us for all their lifts.
Yes, you must have a service contract in place for all lifts. You must also have regular LOLER inspections for your lifts.
People-carrying lifts: must be inspected every 6 months.
Goods-only lifts: must be inspected every 12 months.
Most service contracts include regular maintenance visits in between these inspections — usually 2 to 6 visits a year, depending on how often the lift is used.
