We require a customer service manager due to an increase in our lift maintenance portfolio at Nationwide Lift Services Lifts this year. This role is to look after the lift maintenance and lift repairs on a daily basis for our customers. The role will be based from our offices near Stoke and will be ideal for someone who wants a career in the lift industry with a growing business. You must have customer service experience within business to business, ideally in engineering or construction.

The customer service manager must be organised and very structured as we are keen on offering the highest levels of service. You must have good IT skills and be able to work Microsoft programmes, CRM systems and SAGE.
