We are pleased to welcome to the team, two new starters this week at Nationwide Lift Services Lifts. Due to a busy 2020 and growth within our business we have needed to recruit for a new CSM and accountants assistant.
We are pleased to welcome to the team both Lisa Collings and Nicola Shelley, who will both be based at our offices in Newcastle under Lyme.
Lisa Collings joins us as our customer service manager and will be looking after our lift maintenance and lift repair customers on a daily basis. She has many years experience within the engineering sector and has moved back to the UK recently from America.
Nicola Shelley joins us within our accounts team and will be working with Kym and the team with customers and suppliers. Nicola has many years experience within accounts and also customer service and will be a fantastic addition to our company.

Our management team have over 100 years experience between them in the lift industry. We have an ideal base near Stoke, where we can offer nationwide coverage for all new lifts, lift service, lift repair or lift modernisation work. We also offer traditional lift maintenance, repair works and modernisation to all types of passenger lifts, goods lifts and access products nationwide. With our highly skilled in house engineers we can ensure that our traditional lift maintenance helps cut down on call-outs, down time and costs. We also have a first time fix policy for lift repairs where our aim is to ensure we find the cause of the breakdown and repair it first time with no repeat visits.
We also offer lift modernisations nationwide whether it is a new interior you need, new doors or the bits you might not see (control systems, hydraulics, motors) – we have a solution for you.
