New ownership at Hi-Tec happened exactly a year ago today with Brian enjoying his retirement.

We have just handed over a passenger lift in Nottingham at a new student apartment block. The 6 stop 8 person MRL traction passenger lift was installed, tested and handed over within 5 weeks.

We have worked closely with the client and contractor on site to ensure we could start on time and actually finish early. The client was delighted with the finished product and our installation team on site. He said afterwards “I’m buying that building soon and the passenger lift in Nottingham will be yours”.

We have just handed over the first passenger lift in Leicester at a new student apartment block. We managed to hand the lift over 3 weeks early to help the client on site. The 7 stop 6 person MRL traction passenger lift was installed, tested and handed over within 5 weeks.
